About us

The Neuromuscular Disorders Center and Electrodiagnostic Laboratory at Lenox Hill Hospital is composed of a multidisciplinary team of experts who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the peripheral nerves and muscles. These conditions can significantly impact your quality of life, so having a timely and comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and treatment plan is crucial.

As part of Northwell HealthNew York state’s largest healthcare provider—we have access to vast resources including specialists from neurosurgery, pulmonary medicine, rheumatology, and more to aid in evaluation and treatment. We also work closely with healthcare professionals such as physical and occupational therapists and speech and swallow experts to provide the most comprehensive care possible.

In addition, we work in close collaboration with the dedicated professionals at national organizations such as the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America and the Cure SMA Foundation.
