Lenox Hill Neurosurgery is the only hospital department in New York City to receive the 2018 Healthgrades Cranial Neurosurgery Excellence Award for superior outcomes in cranial neurosurgery. Additionally, Lenox Hill Hospital was only one of two hospitals in Manhattan to achieve an excellent 30-day survival and above average patient safety score in the 2018 U.S. News & World Report rankings of the Best Hospitals for Neurology and Neurosurgery.

Our physicians work closely with endocrinologists, neurosurgeons, otolaryngologists, ophthalmologists, neurologists, neuroradiologists, radiation oncologists and neuro-oncologists to provide minimally invasive, state-of-the-art care for our patients. Our team of physicians has years of experience in otolarynogology, endocrinology, neurosurgery and neurology and are recognized experts in the care of pituitary and neuroendocrine disorders.

We are an international referral center for patients with prolactinomas, acromegaly, Cushing's disease, Rathke's cleft cysts, craniopharyngiomas and other pituitary tumors, as well as hypothalamic tumors and meningiomas. We are located in one of the leading hospital centers for neurological care in New York City, and as a part of Northwell Health, we are part of the largest health system in New York state.
